Description

CROWD Dear investors, REPORT We are happy to say this new year has been full of good news. First, we entered Luxembourg market by implementing our breast cancer application with the Health Ministry itself. This first international step will surely be a good reference to enter other countries around us. Then we continued discussion with potential partners willing to integrate our technology. Finally, we are also improving our strategic plan working together with early adopters (hospitals) and financial partners interested to follow and back our project.Confident in our stakeholders and the return from the market we adapted our strategy to build on the expertise of our customers and ensure exact matching of our products and the best market attraction. o This is a smarter way to evolve because we will combine the intelligence of the crowd with the expertise of medical specialists o In the end, we will be able to act faster in our development o Furthermore, the money from early-adopters will complete our financial needs, this is the best « smart money » we can get. We already got a pre-agreement with one early-adopter which will take part into our project by invest human resources as well as financial (with a minimum of50.000€). As a result we would like to meet you to share soon by organizing a General Assembly to present you our progress as well as having your advise on the next steps of our evolving project.

We already got a pre-agreement with one early-adopter which will take part into our project by invest human resources as well as financial (with a minimum of50.000).

Present in details our vision, goals and progress Extend the crowdfunding process due date Adapt the co-investor amount required Get your advise on our next steps
Step 1 : develop a minimum viable product with early adopters (6 months) Step 2 : enhance the product for global radiology and spread it on the market Step 3 : improve the product for specialized pathology
Points to discuss at General Assembly
With this lean approach it is preferable to adopt a smarter funding strategy that will emphasize on the participation of early adopters. As a result͞sŵarter͟money like from participating early adopters or from private ͞ďelievers͟is much more adequate than venture capitals. Also we propose the following strategy 1. Invested together with the crowd : Early-adopters : we already have a pledge of 50.000, discussing with more Private ͞ďelievers͟ 2. Crowdfunding for 100.000
