The service's new subscription tier gives users access to millions of songs via PCs (including Mac computers) and the PlayStation®3 (PS3™) computer entertainment system. "Digital music subscription services represent a huge shift in the way people listen to music and our goal is to provide users with easy and convenient access to songs they love," said Tim Schaaff, President of Sony Network Entertainment International. In addition to the new subscription plan, the service is offering a 14-day, no credit card Premium service trial for new customers[2].
