There are 4 types of vegetarians who are: Lactovegetarians  who consume milk products but no eggs, Ovovegetarians who consume eggs but no other dairy products, Lactovegetarians who take eggs and dairy and vegans who take plant based products such as cereals and veggies.
Globally, the number of vegetarians is on the rise with many people getting into the diet because of the advice that they receive from nutritionists. However, there are individuals who swear that they cannot in any way live a day without animal produce such as milk and meat and their products.
Scholars in dietetics urge their clients to move from taking animal based meals to become full time vegans. In fact, some nutritionists urge their client to stay from honey which has been acceptable for a very long period of time.
