2100 South | Parkside Paragon

List Price: 1,000,000.00 945,000.00
Neighborhood: Sugar House
Property Profile: 3,902 sq. ft. | 3 bed, 3 bath
Our Opinion: Ho. Ly. Shit. We warned you this was a-comin’, and the wait is officially over. Modern jewels like this are
what we live for people, and this here is the real deal. An architectural feat. A work of art. Legit. If houses were Saved By
The Bell characters, this one’s Zack Morris. If casas were aged rock gods, we’ve got your Mick Jagger. We’ll start with the
location, ’cause from the jump this one is light years ahead of the game. It’s sittin’ pretty directly across the street from
Sugar House Park. Should you long for eats, drinks, or some good company, all the primo perks of the area should do
nicely (Vive, SugarHouse BBQ, Bruges Waffles & Frites, etc.). From the curb, this space is not just appealing, it’s damn
near a traffic hazard. Prepare for slow crawl-bys and oohs ‘n’ aahs on the regular, because this thing is ‘young Pitt’-pretty
from the front. Raised Corten Steel planters, retaining walls, and drought-tolerant landscaping. The approach, driveway,
walks, and pavers allow an open and breezy entry. Walk inside, and you’ll find that it’s much roomier and bright than you
might expect. High ceilings, natural light, and a floating reveal at the door? We’ll pause so you can wipe that drool. The
kitchen is cookin’–damn near everything is clapped in Poliform and Miele. That Poliform black-elm snack top has us
swooning in a lineal way. Downstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, a lounge, and an over-sized entertaining area for all
those dance parties (we know you got ‘em). Bonus points: Trane 96% efficiency, two-zone furnace and AC and Nest
thermostats. Now, let’s move on to the stairs: glossy lacquer and steel with wood treads and glass walls that go all. The.
Way. Up. “Stairway to Heaven” jokes aside, we’re dyin’ over here. Up said stairs? She’s got views for days and is totally
devoted to the main suite. Walk-in closet and cantilevered white glass vanity, a gobsmacking soaking tub, custom
shower, and three Velux skylights to shed the whole thing in a wash of dreamy, natural light. Step out from the suite and
you’ll find a large, shaded rooftop deck. Park views? Oh, it’s got ‘em. Have a glass of sangria. Chat with your friends.
Marvel over the stunning piece of modern architecture you call home. We always knew you had good taste.
