Many of us think that fitness is something hard to do, and it takes all of your free time. But the truth is fitness should be part of your lifestyle to make your body feel young. Fitness doesn't require you to go to a gym every time you want to work out. You can work out at home, without special equipment. You don't even need to double your effort to exercise at home.

If you are stressed out and fitness will be too much for you, just begin with walking. Walking is exercise too, and many fitness instructors recommend it. It will make you feel better, and you will start thinking of what other exercises you can do to continue to precess of getting back in shape.
One of the universal and excellent way to exercise is aerobics. Aerobics burns out lots of calories if performed well. Also, you can buy a set of dumbells and do weight lifts. Or get a set of resistance bands and do exercises with them. It will burn your fat, build muscle and increase your strength.
But if you want to go out the nearest park to you and jog, make sure you have comfortable shoes. Because running with uncomfortable shoes is not something you wish to do. Running shoes should be light, have enough room around the toes to move.
To get back in shape and look better, exercise all of your muscles. Don't skip any muscle group. Sometimes your workout will go fast and easy; sometimes it will be long and hard. That's just the way it is but results will be visible in a short period.
One note to have in mind: don't do abs every day. Instead, rotate them like any other muscle group, two or three times per week. They just need rest like any other muscle in the body. Working them out every day won't make them pop out fast and have a six pack.
Don't forget to do squads. They are the most valuable exercise you can think. Squads build strength across your whole body. Every muscle group takes advantage of the power that situps make. If you do them correctly, you will see results on the next training session. Your strength will grow that fast.
These are just a few tips, but they are the ones that will get you going. Go out and practice three or four times per week. Don't forget to rest. It's as important as exercising. Eat lean meals and drink lots of water. All this will keep your body healthy and in shape. You probably won't see results overnight, but they will come for sure.
