Consume 50-60 grams of protein per day
This is a generally easy change to incorporate into a daily routine. You can mix 10-20 grams in a home made protein shake or even a millk shake and drink it in the morning, noon and evening. Alternatively, you could also drink it right after a work out to immediately make your muscles start recovering more quickly.
Lift heavy weights at low volume and high intensity
This is the backbone of all good lean muscle literature. Lifting heavy weights will make your body adapt to greater amounts of physical stress.
