What Are These Cell Batteries?” What are these tiny cellular batteries, exactly? The batteries are actual microscopic structures embedded in the membranes surrounding all living cells inside your body. The scientific name for these electrical energy units is the sodium/potassium pumps. Converting ATP into physical energy you feel in your muscles as strength and stamina and sense in your brain as mental acuity and clarity is what these tiny batteries do 24 hours a day. These batteries do that by pumping electrically charged minerals, allowing the free travel of water and other nutrients in and out of the cell around the clock. These microscopic batteries seem to function in a manner similar to the turbine action in water dams that produces enough electricity to light a whole town simply by allowing water to move around the turbine generating a tremendous amount of electric energy. When optimum amounts of water and minerals are available in and around the cells of your body, these cellular batteries pump water and minerals at optimum rates as they use more and more ATP, creating more and more physical and mental energies instead of sort of “storing” the ATP as fat. What Are These Cell Batteries?”
What are these tiny cellular batteries, exactly?
The batteries are actual microscopic structures embedded in the membranes surrounding all
living cells inside your body. The scientific name for these electrical energy units is the
sodium/potassium pumps.
Converting ATP into physical energy you feel in your muscles as strength and stamina and
sense in your brain as mental acuity and clarity is what these tiny batteries do 24 hours a day.
These batteries do that by pumping electrically charged minerals, allowing the free travel of
water and other nutrients in and out of the cell around the clock.
These microscopic batteries seem to function in a manner similar to the turbine action in water
dams that produces enough electricity to light a whole town simply by allowing water to move
around the turbine generating a tremendous amount of electric energy. When optimum
amounts of water and minerals are available in and around the cells of your body, these
cellular batteries pump water and minerals at optimum rates as they use more and more ATP,
creating more and more physical and mental energies instead of sort of “storing” the ATP as
fat. It is that simple!
Depending on cell type, there are roughly between 1 and 30 million such batteries on the
surface of each human cell. Increased mineral intake stimulates the activities of each battery
moving 200 mineral particles across the membrane every second. (1 million batteries can
move 200 million mineral particles per second, per cell). Knowing that the body has about 100
trillion cells, you can do the math and figure out how much potential energy a well hydrated
and mineralized human body is capable of mustering. You can also deduct that, if these
microscopic batteries are not pumping water and minerals utilizing your stored fat for energy,
or ATP, how difficult it can be for you to lose weight as all of this potential ATP chemical
energy will simply be just sitting there with nowhere to go except your most coveted fat
storage!
You get the idea?
Each one of these microscopic batteries is in fact a rechargeable battery! This means that the
body constantly rebuilds and recharges the many trillions of such batteries, which we will refer
to from here on out collectively as “the battery” th
at can be used over and over and over
again. This is an intelligently designed system by any standard. The reason we call it the
“battery” (singular) is because these microscopic structures work together as one team.
Individually they do not produce any significant amount of energy to supply anywhere near
what the body continually demands. In fact, it’s their combined energies as one unit that
determines your physical and mental well-being.
The closest example that explains how the “battery” works is to lo
ok at a cell phone battery,
which gets its “energy” by plugging it into a power source during the night to provide the
phone with the energy it needs to function optimally during the day. And if you over use it
during the day you may need to recharge it again before the day ends. This is almost exactly
what happens in your body.
Except for VERY rare ATP-related diseases, when you feel that you are either having a lot of
energy or lacking sufficient energy: fatigue, what you are feeling is really the “battery” fully
charged or dimming down as the case may be. Again, it is the collective activity level of the
“battery” that determines the level of the mental and physical energies you feel and with that
your body fat content, weight. Basically more energy means less fat storage.
To recap: The food you eat and the fat you store are not what makes you feel like having or
lacking energy. In fact, for most people who suffer from slow metabolism and lack of energy,
there is no lack of food intake or fat storage. Yet they are tired. It is the condition of their
collective “battery” that determines the level of mental and physical energies available for
them to enjoy. Since the “battery” has the potential of consuming
so much of your food and
fat storage as ATP, it directly affects your weight.
Unlike your cell phone battery, the “battery” in your body is so flexible in the way it operates
as
a “dimmer switch,” in that it can be turned up or down during the day or night in response
to specific factors. The Matar Method addresses the main factors that directly switch the
“battery” on, off or anywhere in between at any time and at will, namely: Water, Minerals and
food.
Optimally, through proper control of your intake of water, minerals and food,
your “battery” is
switched all the way up during the day and almost all the way down for recharging and healing
during the night.
The Matar Method, the result of 29 years of research and implementation, practically puts the
SWITCH that controls your BATTERY under your thumb.
