This service saves you time and money over driving to your local PUD offi ce to pay your bill in person, or of writing out a check and mailing your payment. In addition, as identity theft becomes more prevalent and complex, you keep your information accessible only to you. You will be taken to the Registration/Sign In page for the eService Pportal:
If this is yourenrolling, click here to register, otherwise, skip torst time Section II. Sign In.
Fill in theelds in the Sign Up screen as directed by the instructions in grey. The 4-digit PIN number is any four (4) digit number of your choice.Choose a PIN you can easily remember because you will need it in the case of a forgotten password.Check Yes/No to indicate if you would like to continue receiving paper statements via US Mail. When you have completedlling in allelds, click the “Sign up” button at the bottom of the screen.

Your enrollment is successful if you receive the following screen:
Check your email for an account activation email from “Clallam County PUD”, with the subject line “Account activation for PUD #1 of Clallam County.” The email message will provide a link to click to activate your account. Be sure to check your spamlter if the email does not appear in your inbox within an hour after submittal.
Upon clicking the activation link, your browser should take you to a page that reads “Thank you Your account has now been veried. You will be taken to the login form in 15 seconds.”

II. Sign In From the PUD homepage, click the “PAY/ENROLL” button to access the eService Portal. Upon being directed to the Sign In page, enter your ID (your e-mail address) and the password you created dur-ing enrollment. Click the “Sign In” button to continue.
The View/Pay Bill screen will appear, which shows a summary of the information about all accounts under your name. There are also links in the blue bar at the top to the “Edit My Information” page and the “Auto Pay” page. See the next sections for details about each of these pages.
III. View/Pay Bill In this screen, you will see a listing of all accounts under your name, listed by account number, last payment date and the amount paid, current amount due and due date. Thenal two columns are interactive:  In the Payment column you can enter the amount you would like to pay for each account if it 1 differs from the amount . • The View Bills column2at far right is where you can access current and past statements for each account. Click on magnifying glass symbol to view statements for each account. (Adobe Reader required) To make a one-time payment: 1) Enter the amount you wish to pay into the Paymenteld in the Payment column for each account. 2) Select a credit/debit card that you may have saved from a previous session, OR,ll in theelds in  the bottom section with your credit/debit card information. 3) If you received a disconnect notice, check the box to indicate that this payment is in response to  the notice. 4) If you would like to save this card information for use in the future, click “Yes”, otherwise click “No.”  Fill in a nickname for your card in order to easily identify it if you add more cards later. 5) Click the “Continue” button.

5) You will have one more opportunity to review your information. This will vary depending on whether you have entered new card information or have selected a saved card. If the information is correct, click the “Authorize” button only once to complete your payment.
6) You will be given a conrmation message that you can print as a receipt for your transaction.

IV. Auto Pay Auto Pay is a feature that allows you to enroll to have your monthly bill paid automatically each month by your credit card, or via an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank account. To enroll in Auto Pay, click “Auto Pay” in the blue header bar at the top of the page.
The Auto Pay page will appear as follows:
To enroll in Auto Pay:
1) Check the box next to the account numbers that you wish to include in the Auto Pay program. (Example shown only displays one account, but if you have multiple accounts, all will be listed.)

2) Under Auto Pay Billing Information, select either CC for “Credit Card/Debit Card” or EFT for “Electronic Funds Transfer from a bank account, from the Pay Type drop-down menu. See the next pages for details on the two options.

Credit/Debit Card Payments:Once you select “CC”, the section will expand to allow you to ll in the information for the credit or debit card that you wish to use to have your bills automatically paid each month.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):section will expand to allow you toOnce you select EFT, the ll in the information for the bank account that you wish to use to have your bills automatically paid each month. See the next page for the explanation of ABA/Routing #.

IV. Auto Pay (continued...)
Clicking on the “What is an ABA/Routing #?” grey button will pop up a window that shows where you cannd your ABA/Routing and Ac-count numbers on your own checks (see box at right.) If you do not have checks for your ac-count, contact yournancial institution for your routing and account number.
Once you have completed either the credit/debit card or EFT section, complete the remainder of the auto pay signup process as follows: 3) Check the box indicating you have read, understood and agree to the terms of Auto Pay. 4) Click the “Submit Request” button to com-plete enrollment.
(Note that you can use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page to request a different due date that works better for your budgeting cycle.)

V. Edit My Information
To access the “Edit My Information” page, click where indicated in the blue header bar at the top of the page.
On the Edit My Information page, you can update your personal information, and add, delete, or change the credit cards used for payment. To make changes to your personal information, click on the “Edit/Change Information” button.
